The Cage-Free Greece campaign aims to put an end to the production of eggs from caged hens. It is part of the international initiative Open Wing Alliance, a global coalition of Animal Rights organisations with an active presence in more than 70 countries.

We focus mainly on the Food and Hospitality Industry, such as Food companies, Catering services, restaurants, hotels chains, supermarket chains, calling on them to source only cage-free eggs in their products and supply chains.

At the same time, with targeted information campaigns, we encourage consumers to support animal welfare through responsible choices. The aim is to create a society that embraces ethical consumption and recognises the link between animal welfare and human health.
